ENTERPRISE BUNDABERG
Bundaberg is a thriving city with strong growth on population and commerce. As a major provincial city it is the largest single retail centre between Brisbane and Rockhampton.
Its major industries comprise of facets of the sugar industry including distilling and cane harvester manufacturing; project engineering management, small crops, forestry, livestock, agriculture, fishing and marine, food and beverages, construction, plastics, light aircraft manufacturing, metal casting, machining and tourism.

A significant aspect of the Bundaberg region is the superb lifestyle set in a healthy family
environment with a range of cultural recreational and sporting activities.
Education is well provided for with a network of state and private schools through to a TAFE
College and Campus of the University of Central Queensland.
BACAS, the Bundaberg Area Community Apprentice and Training Scheme operates a group training program
for apprentices and trainees. Skillshare is a community based organization running training courses
for the disadvantaged and unemployed. Concept Training is a private provider conducting labour market programs.
